All requests for data provision will be reviewed and must be approved by VDOT prior to any action being taken to incorporate the proposed data feed into SmarterRoads.
As noted in the Data Sharing Use Agreement, the Third Party Provider shall be responsible for any implementation and/or on-going operational costs incurred by the
SmarterRoads Manager to incorporate and make available the data feed.
